For 2 years, we have hosted a monthly gathering for men called SlingShot! Now, Body, Soul, Spirit… a Ladies Gathering for women in recovery exists for a day to move, revive and nourish your body, soul and spirit through fun activities pickleball, basketball, cornhole; plus a time of meditation, rest and music; plus art and good food. What a beautiful day it will be!
